I lead the Digital Operations research and design team within Azure Cloud + AI at Microsoft, shaping next-generation experiences that seamlessly bridge cloud and edge environments. My team delivers cohesive, end-to-end user experiences across a broad portfolio of Azure services, including Azure IoT Operations, Azure Digital Twin Builder, Azure Device Provisioning Services, Defender for IoT, Azure Digital Twins, 3D Scenes Studio, IoT Hub, IoT Central, Azure Device Registry, and the Adaptive Cloud Experience for Manufacturing and Retail. I focus on simplifying complex technical workflows while embedding AI, security, and quality into every layer of the product experience. Previously, I led Bing Visual Search, the Visual Search Developer Platform, and Live Camera Search across first- and third-party experiences, contributing to innovations in Bing Image Search and Microsoft’s Super App initiative. Prior to joining Microsoft, worked at Ralph Lauren, Columbia University, and tech start-ups.
